  • Monday: 7 AM - 7:30 AM | 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM 
  •  Wednesday: 7 AM - 7:30 AM | 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM 
  •  Friday: 7 AM - 7:30 AM | 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM 
  •  CrossFit Intro |Saturday: 9 AM - 10 AM

Program Details

The DRS Fit Program includes three (30 minute) classes per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - see schedule above), plus one free DRS CrossFit Intro Class (per week) on Saturdays (9 AM - 10 AM). The DRS Fit Program is $120 per month - no contract required, the term is month-to-month with a 30 day notice to cancel. Class times subject to change.
